5 october 2012 i was lunch at one of your branch at mines seri kembangan, i order one of your meals and it took long time to prepared,almost one hour i cancelled mt order,my friends also order fried rice 4 plates,its raw rice, cold and it's hard to swallow.i ask one of your worker why your service very poor,and they said leak of man power, no body to do it..pls look forward into this matter.


Sini mama jelaskan.... kami lepas balik tuh.. ada yg diamkan jew.. ada gak balik umah cite kat hubby dia.. hubby dia sepraisly gi website restoran tuh dan komplen on behalf wife dia.. huhu.. kwn kami
terkejut dpt email yg direply kat email dia.. so dia panggil kami yg sama2 gi aritu.. soal selidik pun berlaku.. memasing tak mengaku komplen.. so sapa komplen.. kul 10 mlm lak tuh.. kannn.. so masing konfius.. last2 dia (kwn kami) tanya hubby dia.. yes.. betul la laki dia yg komplen.. kikiki.. laki dia bukan sepraiskan bini dia jew.. malah kami yg bini2 org nih sama2 terkejut.. haha.. *untung dpt laki gitu prihatin kannnn... huhuhu*




dan wanita takleh lari dari batu permata.. seperti hati yg selalu berkaca.. hehehe
tp takde niat nak jadi batu api disini..

~Bagi kawan2 semua.. mungkin bukan rezeki kami dpt layanan yg seadanya dan mungkin bukan rezeki kami dpt makanan yg lazat aritu.. dan jugak mungkin bukan rezeki kami sebab terpaksa kuarkan duit titik peluh kami pd perkhidmatan yg tak elok dan makanan yg jugak tak seperti diheboh2kan.. moga perkhidmatan mrk akan diperbaiki dan bagi makanan yg selayaknya pd pelangan tak kira siapa pun.. kann.. kami mengomen dan memboikot kerana kami tidak puashati.. rasanya jika mereka prihatin benda2 gini takkan berlaku.. ~

  1. sebagai customer yg membayar dgn duit perkhidmatan mereka,seharusnya kita mendapat perkhidmatan yg setimpal dgn apa yg kita bayar!

  4. bagus betul hubby dia..concern..yerla bkn nak berkira bab duit tu, tapi dah bayar mahal silalah jlnkan tugas setimpal dgn harga..tapi if harga murah pun quality mestilah up jugak..
